This site shows no cookie banner because it does not need one. ivannozzi.it sets no profiling cookies and loads no third-party tracking of any kind. What follows sets out exactly what the site does load, what it deliberately does not, and the Italian rule that makes a banner unnecessary here.
The position
Why there is no cookie banner on this site
The site ivannozzi.it is run by Ing. Ivan Nozzi — Ingegnere is the Italian professional title for an engineer entered on a provincial register — and it sets no profiling cookies and uses no third-party tracking tools. That is the whole reason no consent banner appears when a page opens: there is nothing here that consent could be needed for.
The choices behind that take about a minute to verify. Open the network panel in your browser, reload any page, and you will see requests to one domain only. Typefaces are served from the site's own server, so nothing is ever requested from Google Fonts or any other font service. There is no Google Analytics and no other visitor measurement, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no embedded Google Map, no embedded YouTube video, no embedded Instagram feed and no reCAPTCHA.
The Instagram and Google Maps references on the site are ordinary hyperlinks, nothing more. Nothing reaches those services unless you click; once you do, you have left ivannozzi.it and the privacy notices and terms of the respective operators apply, over which I have no control.
The rule that governs this is art. 122 of the Italian Codice Privacy, read with the Linee guida cookie e altri strumenti di tracciamento issued by the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali on 10 June 2021. Consent is required only for non-technical cookies and for tracking tools. Technical cookies still require a notice, but not consent. Because the site uses nothing from the first category, no banner is owed; the notice is owed, and this page is it.
Spam protection on the contact form is handled server-side as well, without cookies and without calling any external service. If a tool that requires consent were ever introduced, a banner would appear and this page would be updated before that tool went live.

The full cookie picture for ivannozzi.it fits in a handful of rows, and it is spelled out category by category because the phrase “we do not use cookies” on its own never says which categories were ruled out. Where a row reads “not used”, the technology is absent from the site — not merely switched off pending consent.
- Technical cookies
- The pages set none of their own: browsing requires no session, no login and no basket. Should the hosting infrastructure set a strictly technical cookie for security or service continuity, it would last for the session only and, under art. 122 of the Codice Privacy, would be exempt from consent but not from the duty to inform. That is why this page exists regardless.
- Analytics cookies
- Not used. The site measures no visits, neither on its own nor through a third-party service, and produces no aggregate traffic statistics. There are consequently no analytics cookies to anonymise or to seek consent for.
- Profiling cookies
- Not used. No cookie builds a picture of your interests, habits or browsing path, whether for advertising or for tailoring content. No audiences are built and no identifiers are shared with advertising platforms.
- Third-party cookies
- Not used. While a page loads, no domain other than ivannozzi.it receives a request, because every asset — typefaces, images, stylesheets, scripts — is hosted on the site itself.
- Local storage and similar technologies
- Not used for tracking. The site stores no identifier in your browser that would allow you to be recognised on a later visit.
- Form spam protection
- Handled server-side and without cookies: a hidden field that only automated submissions fill in, a minimum time to complete the form, and a cap on how many submissions are accepted. No external service is called and nothing is written to your browser.
Your controls
Managing cookies in your browser, and where the rest is written
Every browser lets you block, restrict or delete cookies, and on ivannozzi.it changing that setting makes no difference, because the site sets none. The controls sit in Chrome under Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies; in Safari under Settings → Privacy; in Firefox under Settings → Privacy & Security; in Edge under Settings → Cookies and site permissions. On a site that did use cookies, blocking them outright can break features. Here the pages open and the contact form works with cookies disabled entirely.
What the contact form collects — your name, email address, a phone number if you give one, the comune the property is in, and the text of your message — has nothing to do with cookies and follows a separate route, described in the privacy notice: controller, purpose, legal basis, recipients, retention period and the rights you can exercise.
